Fryer EuroChef MaxiFry
Automatic ventless fryers with purification system. Up to 1.2 kg of product at a time and up to 20 kg/hour. Two separate baskets and two oil tanks. It is also possible to work with just one tank and also to have one automatic basket and one manual basket.
MAXIFRY KL5 is the “flagship” of the Eurochef range of automatic deep fryers that operate without the need of an extractor hood.
It fries up to 1.2 kg of product at once and up to 20 kg/hour!
It has two separate baskets and two oil basins, although it can operate with just one.
It is an automatic appliance, complete with a purification system that eliminates vapours and fumes.
Like the smallerPOM’CHEF version it does not need an extractor hood or flue!
MODELS BOTH AUTOMATIC AND MANUAL:
For foods that must be turned over or checked during cooking, there are models with automatic basket to the left and manual to the right.
The manual side is equipped with a flip door to access the basket.
An incorporated overlying hood allows to work even with the flip door open.
