The DOSER MIX series dosing and mixing control unit is able to dose the withdrawal water and to automatically mix the incoming water.

• Equipped with a needle probe to allow measurement and display of the temperature of the flour or dough
• Water pre-discharge bypass not in automatic temperature and possibly excludable via keyboard
• Water system for summer / winter change incorporated in the control unit
• Switching is automatically handled by the control
